How to use

  1. Charge it by USB. A full charge takes 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Install the Fun Print app, then hold the power button for 3 seconds and connect.
  3. Choose text or image, pick horizontal or vertical, and set the darkness to light, medium or dark before you print.

Worth knowing before you buy

Printing is black and white only, including photos. If it starts printing faintly, charge it fully and try again. Refill rolls are the standard 57 x 25 mm size.

Does it really need no ink?
None. The heat in the print head darkens the thermal paper directly, so the only consumable you ever buy is more paper.
What can I print with it?
Labels, to do lists, revision notes, recipes and photos. Output is black and white, which suits organising and study far better than glossy printing.
Does it work with my phone?
It connects wirelessly through the free app on both major phone platforms, with no cable between the two.
Where do I get more paper?
It takes standard thermal rolls in its size, widely sold in stationery shops and online. Sticky backed rolls are worth having if you are labelling.
How long does the battery last?
A charge covers a long session of printing, and because it sits idle between jobs it tends to last weeks of ordinary use before needing a top up.
