Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Michiaelio. If something is not right, we will put it right.

30 day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with any tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or another proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at michiaelio.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Items sent without a return being approved first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will sort it out. Photographs help us resolve these quickly.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on personal care items that have been opened or used, or on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must still be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not seen it, email michiaelio.shop@gmail.com and we will chase it.
