How to fit them

  1. Hold the lenses against the eye sockets and pull the strap over the back of the head.
  2. Adjust the strap so the seal is snug but not tight. If it leaves deep marks, it is too tight.
  3. Fit the ear plugs before getting in the water.

Care and tips

Rinse in cool water after swimming and let them air dry out of direct sun. Do not use hot water. Never wipe the inside of the lenses with fingers or a towel, as that removes the anti fog and UV coating.
